MUFY Games

On 3rd of April, we had our first MUFY games. All the ex-Taman SEA people team up with some new friends and joined the telematch. After we signed our attendence, we had like 30 minutes or more of free time. And guess what......all of our team members started to camwhore again.

As you can probably figure out from all these pics, Wee Kiat loves to camwhore!!! But thats just who he is....what to do....without him these pics might not be here. So good thing he likes to camwhore. After that we went to the field to start the telematch.

The first station is a 10 legged race. We just tie our legs together and run to the finish line. Its harder than it sounds. Esther almost fell down a few times (almost).

Then, we move on to the eating contest. Guys eat an apple and girls a donut. Easy right? 5 people eating someting that small. Not! It was tied to a string and we had to eat it from there while two people hold the ends. And if that wasn't bad enough, our apple fell down onto the muddy ground after 2 bites. So, Jeremy just broke the apple in half and told the teacher we ate it already. Luckily, the teacher passed us, or else we had to eat a muddy apple.

Next, we had to run aaallllll the way back to the sunway building and run aaalllll the way up to the 2nd floor. We found the teacher in charge of the next station (after a few minutes of searching). She told us we had to blow up 5 balloons. Then, we were wondering...."what are we suppose to do with them after they are all blown up?". Then someone said we had to burst the balloons we blew up. So......ok. We threw them to the ground and step on it real hard. And other geniuses also followed us and burst their balloons as well. We were all like cheering after we burst our balloons. In the end, we were the ones that kena burst cause we actually weren't suppose to burst them at all. In the end the teacher explain slowly that we need to find a partner and run with the balloon in between our backs. So, we quickly teamed up. Me with jeremy, Esther with En Loong, Patrick with Wee Kiat, Grace and Huei Lin and Huey Ee with Wen Huey. We ran quickly to the finish line which wasn't that far at all. After we reached the finish line, we quickly ran to the teacher and asked her to sign it.

For the fourth challenged, we had to create a sorta rhyme with some words given. We just jumble up the words together and simply sing it with a tune. We were the first into the room and we just sang in front of the teacher. I didn't really know the words or how to sing it, so i just mumbled something. At least we finished the task first.

After that, we ran all the way down to the canteen to meet 3 teachers. We were the first team to arrive there. They gave us a piece of paper with a few questions on it. We manage to answer all correctly EXCEPT for one. In the end we had to search the internet for the answer. Almost half our team went to the comp lab and the other half (including me) stayed in the cafeteria and waited for them. In the end, after a few teams had already gotten the answer, then, FINALLY we were able to get the answer right.

Finally, the last station. We were suppose to run aaallll the way to the 4th floor. But some of our team members got soo excited that they ran up too far and we got split up. The others went to the wrong place and we had to wait for them before we can get our next clue. So......what did we do during that time? Take pics again!!! (and cheat a lil)

After that we cheated a lil, cause we overheard the many other teams overtaking us that we need to collect some items for our next task. So we went and collected a few things first, like 3 paper clips from the library and huei lin was so good to run all the way back to the canteen to get some straws and rubber bands. She came back with at least 10 straws but we only need 1 in the end. But we finally met up and got our next clue. Since we got all the items we need....we ran straight for the MPH to finish the race. But in the end, we came in 5th. But, oh well. At least we had fun throughout the whole thing and also manage to do some serious exercising for people like me and esther who never exercise for soooooo long already. That's our entire experience for the MUFY games. Oh...and thanks to Wee Kiat for belanjaing us to some drinks after the games.
